Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At Shadowfern Editions, every book is produced through a limited preorder model. We print only the number of copies ordered during the preorder period, meaning your purchase directly contributes to the production run.

Because our editions are produced specifically to meet preorder demand, we do not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.

If your book arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
