Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. No Returns or Refunds
    All sales are final. As the products offered are limited-edition items produced exclusively on a preorder basis, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

  2. Preorder Basis
    All items are manufactured and supplied according to preorder demand. By purchasing, you understand that your order is custom produced and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items
    In the unlikely event that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of delivery. Evidence of the damage or defect (including photographs) must be provided. Upon verification, we will determine an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or other resolution at our discretion.

  4. Consumer Rights
    Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
