As an indie publisher producing premium, limited-run special editions, our books are created on a preorder basis and move through several production stages before shipping. We appreciate your patience as each edition is carefully crafted

How Shipping Works

  • All Shadowfern Editions are produced after the preorder window closes
  • Production includes printing, finishing, quality checks, and international freight
  • Once books arrive at our fulfilment location, orders are packed and shipped in batches
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships

International Orders

International shipping times vary by destination. Customs processing and local delivery services may affect final delivery times. Shadowfern Editions is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services once parcels are in transit.

  • We will always communicate meaningful updates via this page and email
  • All sales are final. Preorders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
